A normal 13-year-old girl who loves all things Tolkien.

Well, maybe not so normal.

Sometimes I believe in magic, sometimes I don't. I suppose, magic scares me and that's why I don't want to believe in it.. sometimes. That, however, doesn't put distance between me and fantasy novels. My bookcase consists of books such as: the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, Old Magic, Mists of Avalon.. The titles speak for themselves, I guess.

My biggest wish? A time-machine. Yup, and that explains my growing obsession with History and historical novels. Yes, you guessed right. Becoming an archaelogist has been my biggest ambition and dream since I first read 'The Illustrated Book of Myths - Tales and Legends of the World'. About 5 years ago..

I had been learning the piano for almost two years, but due to the fact that I prefer sitting on my ass to learning something useful, I stopped. There are times that I'm too bored to sleep or eat and stuff like that. No, it's not anincurable disease. It's what I feel most of the time. Hence the black circles under my eyes.. Anyways, moving on. I'm proud to say that I'm one of the top students in my class, even though studying is something I'm not very fond of. Thankfully, my mature side kicks in when it comes to school and I realize that if I want my dream to come true I have to work hard. That, however, doesn't stops me from sitting on my ass in front of my laptop for, at least, 8 hours a day. Yes, I'm a computer-acholic.

Strange as it may seems, I prefer playing volleyball to sitting on my ass. No, I don't play for a big team and I don't win any medals and stuff, but volleyball is my favorite hobby in the world. I constantly beg my friends, brothers, cousing, parents, pets, whatever to play with me. Unfortunately, no one is nearly crazy enough to play with me and I end up playing football with my dog. *sigh* Life is unfair!

Yes, I've realized that I'm rambling. Back to writing my biography.

My fandoms are the Lord of the Rings - which is quite obvious, really. Troy - a very recent obsession of mine. Hanson - I was converted into it by

_allshallfade who is the Hanson Goddess. POTC - Pirates mean history, history means past and past means happy Athena so why not? Old Magic - one of my favorites books ever, written by Marianne Curley. You should definitely read it. And last, but not least Nightwish which is my favorite band. I have many other obsessions that come and go, but I can't recall any of them right now. I love every single obsession/fandom/interest of mine and I'm proud to be a fan of those. If you don't like them, you'd better not insult them in front of me because I'm seriously gonna hex you into oblivion (this is the 'not-so-very-normal-girl' else known as 'the-weird-girl' talking).

I'm a hopeless romantic. Yes, yes indeed. I can't read a book if it doesn't have a little bit of romance in it, I feel as uncomfortable as a human being can get when I watch 'intimate' scenes in movies with my parents, but I love watching romantic movies when I'm by myself. Although, I prefer fantasy/thrillers/action/adventure movies.. Anyways, moving on.
